Indications
- Treatment of acute uncomplicated infection due to Plasmodium falciparum
- Standby emergency treatment for adults, children, and infants with acute malaria infections
- Recommended for malaria infections acquired in areas with parasite resistance
Pharmacology
- Contains fixed ratio of Artemether and Lumefantrine
- Artemether is a derivative of Artemisinin
- Both components act in the food vacuoles of malarial parasites

Contraindications
