Indications

Contraindications

• Severe renal insufficiency
• Marked liver parenchymal damage
• Blood dyscrasias
• Immediate discontinuation upon mucocutaneous signs appearance

• G6PD deficiency
• Crystalluria prevention with plenty of water
• Avoid excessive sun exposure
• Discontinue at first sign of rash
• Regular CBC monitoring and LFT analysis
• Take with food to minimize GI effects
