Interaction
- Diminished ability to metabolize large doses with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, and alcohol

- Known hypersensitivity to Paracetamol

Overdose Effects
- Liver damage possible in adults with 10 g or more intake
- Liver damage possible with 5 g or more intake and presence of risk factors
- Symptoms of overdose in the first 24 hours
- Liver damage apparent 12 to 48 hours after ingestion
- Abnormalities of glucose metabolism
