Dosage and administration

Interaction
- Diminished metabolism with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, and alcohol
- Increased hepatotoxicity with alcohol
- Chronic ingestion of anticonvulsants or oral steroid contraceptives may prevent therapeutic levels
