- Hazard of overdose in non-cirrhotic alcoholic liver disease
- Not to be used concurrently with other Tempanil-containing products
Overdose Effects
- Possible liver damage in adults with 10g or more intake
- Possible liver damage in intake of 5g or more under specific risk factors
- Symptoms of overdose in the first 24 hours
- Liver damage may become apparent 12 to 48 hours after ingestion
- Abnormalities of glucose metabolism and metabolic acidosis may occur
- Immediate treatment essential in Tempanil overdose
