Indications
- Management of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults
- Short-term management of acute pain
Pharmacology
- Paracetamol with analgesic and antipyretic properties
- Tramadol as a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic
- Inhibition of both isoforms of cyclooxygenase by Paracetamol
- Weak inhibition of the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin by Tramadol
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for moderate to moderately severe pain
- Recommended dose for short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain
- Maximum of 8 tablets per day
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol, or opioids

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Pregnancy Category C

- Not to be taken with alcohol
- Avoid combination with other tramadol or paracetamol-containing products
- Use with caution when taking tranquilizers, hypnotics, or other opiate-containing analgesics
Use in Special Populations
- Not studied in the pediatric population
- Caution in dose selection for elderly patients
- Not studied in patients with impaired renal function
- Not studied in patients with impaired hepatic function
