Indications
- Management of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults
- Short-term management of acute pain
Pharmacology
- Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic properties
- Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours
- Maximum of 8 tablets per day
Contraindications
- Not to be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to tramadol or opioids
Side Effects
- Adverse reactions may include asthenia, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, etc.
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Pregnancy Category C
- Not recommended for nursing mothers
