Indications
- Acute treatment of migraines with or without aura in adults
Pharmacology
- Therapeutic activity due to agonist effects at the 5-HT1B/1D receptors on intracranial blood vessels and sensory nerves of the trigeminal system

Contraindications
- Ischemic coronary artery disease
- History of stroke
- Concurrent or recent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor
