Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: Usually 1.5 mg daily
- Maximum dosage of 4.5 mg daily for adults
- Children dosage: Up to 1.5 mg daily for children over 2 years old

- Enhancement of central effects of sedatives, hypnotics, and antihistamines
- Antagonism of hypotensive effect of adrenergic neurone blockers
