Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 1.5 mg daily, up to a maximum of 4.5 mg daily

Interaction
- Enhances central effects of sedatives, hypnotics, antihistamines, and alcohol
- Antagonizes the hypotensive effect of adrenergic neurone blockers
