Pharmacology
- Specially formulated Methyl salicylate and Menthol cream
- Fast-acting
- Penetrates deep for long-lasting relief
- Inhibits synthesis of prostaglandins
- Increases drug penetration
- Dilates blood vessels for analgesic effect
Dosage & Administration
- For adults and children 2 years of age and older
- Apply thin layer to affected area
- Gently massage until cream disappears
- Apply not more than 3 to 4 times daily
Interaction
- Systemic absorption of Methyl Salicylate through skin
- Potential interaction with Warfarin action
Contraindications
- Allergy to salicylate or sensitivity to any components
- Contraindicated for broken skin or raw surfaces

Pregnancy & Lactation

Precautions & Warnings
- External use only
- Do not use with heating pad
- Keep away from children
- Do not swallow
- Do not bandage tightly
- Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes
- Seek medical help if swallowed
- Avoid tight bandaging
- Discontinue use in case of excessive irritation or pain lasting more than 10 days
Overdose Effects
- Large amount may cause absorption through the skin
- Symptoms include tinnitus, hearing loss, nausea, vomiting
