Diclofenac FC Tablet: Adults: 75-150 mg daily in 2 to 3 divided doses, preferably after food
Diclofenac SR Tablet: 1 tablet daily for adults, 1-3 mg of diclofenac/kg body wt. daily in divided doses for children, lowest effective dosage recommended for elderly patients
Diclofenac Dispersible Tablet: 2-3 tablets daily for adults, 1-3 mg/kg body weight for children, to be dropped into a half-glass of water and stirred to aid dispersion before swallowing
Diclofenac TR Capsule: One capsule daily, to be taken preferably after mealtimes
Diclofenac Suppository: 50 mg 2-3 times daily for adults, maximum daily dose is 150 mg
Diclofenac injection: 1 ampoule daily, increased to 2 ampoules daily in serious cases
Diclofenac Gel: 2-4 g applied to the skin 3-4 times daily, for external use only, rubbed in lightly, may also be given in addition to further treatment with other dosage forms of Diclofenac

May have drug interactions with Lithium, digoxin, anticoagulants, antidiabetic agents, cyclosporin, methotrexate, quinolone antimicrobials, other NSAIDs and steroids

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product
Peptic ulcer
Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac like other non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents
Contra-indicated in asthmatic patients where attack with asthma, urticaria, or acute rhinitis are precipitated by acetylsalicylic acid or by other drugs with prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor
Not to be used under occlusive airtight dressings

Should be employed only for compelling reasons during pregnancy
Lowest effective dose should be used
Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy
Insignificant quantity detected in breast milk with no undesirable effects on the infant

In rare instances of peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding, close observation in advanced age patients
Not to come in contact with eyes or mucus membranes, to be washed off the hands properly after application, not to be taken by mouth
