Interaction
- Increased plasma concentrations of lithium and digoxin
- Potential increased risk of haemorrhage with anticoagulant therapy

- Reported cases of serious toxicity when combined with methotrexate
- Potential convulsions with quinolone antimicrobials

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
- Peptic ulcer
- Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents
- Contraindicated in asthmatic patients and those with precipitated attacks
Side Effects
- Mild, rare and transient adverse effects
- Possibility of epigastric pain, eructation, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, headache
- Encountered peripheral edema and skin reactions
- Local skin irritation and reddening with gel application
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Use only for compelling reasons during pregnancy
- Lowest effective dose recommended
- Not recommended during first trimester
- Not recommended during lactation due to insignificant quantity detected in breast milk
Precautions & Warnings
- Close observation in instances of peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Increased caution in advanced age patients
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes
- Proper hand washing after application
