Description
- Relieves pain and inflammation in a wide range of conditions
- Contains Diclofenac Sodium and Lidocaine
- Potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with marked analgesic and antipyretic properties
- Can be used for arthritic conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, and painful conditions resulting from trauma
- Administered intramuscularly
- Interacts with other medications such as Lithium, Digoxin, Anticoagulants, Antidiabetic agents, Cyclosporin, Methotrexate, Quinolone antimicrobials, and Diuretics
- Contraindicated for patients hypersensitive to Diclofenac or Lidocaine, with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, or certain heart conditions
- May cause mild and transient side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, bleeding, and CNS reactions
- Not recommended during pregnancy or last trimester, and caution advised for patients with severe hepatic, cardiac, or renal insufficiency
