Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage range 75-150 mg daily
- Divided doses
- Maximum daily dose 150 mg

Interaction
- Increased plasma concentrations of lithium and digoxin
- Increased risk of hemorrhage with anticoagulant therapy
- No influence on oral antidiabetic agents' clinical effect
- Nephrotoxicity with cyclosporin
- Serious toxicity with methotrexate
- Possible convulsions with NSAIDs and quinolones
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
- Peptic ulcer
- Asthma triggered by prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors
- Not to be used under occlusive airtight dressings

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Use only for compelling reasons during pregnancy

Precautions & Warnings
- Close observation in patients with peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes
- Proper hand washing after application
