Dosage & Administration
- Diclofenac FC Tablet: Adults: 75-150 mg daily in 2 to 3 divided doses, preferably after food
- Diclofenac SR Tablet: 1 tablet daily for adults, 1-3 mg of diclofenac/kg body wt. daily in divided doses for children
- Diclofenac Dispersible Tablet: 2-3 tablets daily for adults, 1-3 mg/kg body weight for children
- Diclofenac TR Capsule: One capsule daily, preferably after mealtimes
- Diclofenac Suppository: 50 mg suppository 2-3 times daily for adults
- Diclofenac injection: 1 ampoule daily for adults
- Diclofenac Gel: 2-4 g should be applied to the skin 3-4 times daily

- Anticoagulants
- Antidiabetic agents
- Cyclosporin
- Methotrexate
- Quinolone antimicrobials
- Other NSAIDs and steroids
Contraindications
- Hypersensitive to any ingredient of the products
- Peptic ulcer
- Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac like other non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents
- Not to be used under occlusive airtight dressings

- Eructation
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Peripheral edema
- Skin reactions (rash and eczema)
- Local irritation and reddening of the skin
- Skin rash
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Use only for compelling reasons during pregnancy
- Lowest effective dose should be used
- Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy
- Not recommended during lactation
Precautions & Warnings
- Keep under close observation in rare instances of peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding
- Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes
- Not to be taken by mouth
