Interaction
- Drug interactions with lithium and digoxin
- Increased risk of haemorrhage with anticoagulants
- Concurrent use with oral antidiabetic agents
- Potential nephrotoxicity with cyclosporin
- Serious toxicity with methotrexate
- Potential convulsions with quinolone antimicrobials
- Caution with concomitant therapy of NSAID and quinolones

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
- Peptic ulcer
- Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs
- Contraindicated in asthmatic patients
