Interaction
- Increased plasma concentrations of lithium and digoxin
- Isolated reports of increased risk of haemorrhage with anticoagulant therapy

- Cases of serious toxicity with methotrexate
- Convulsions with quinolone antimicrobials
- Increased frequency of unwanted effects with other NSAIDs and steroids
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
- Peptic ulcer
- Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other NSAIDs
- Contra-indicated in asthmatic patients
- Not for use under occlusive airtight dressings
