Dosage & Administration

  • Diclofenac FC Tablet - Adult dose: 75-150 mg daily
  • Diclofenac SR Tablet - Adult dose: 1 tablet daily
  • Diclofenac Dispersible Tablet - Adult dose: 2-3 tablets daily
  • Diclofenac TR Capsule - One capsule daily
  • Diclofenac Suppository - Adult dose: 50 mg suppository 2-3 times daily
  • Diclofenac injection - Adult dose: 1 ampoule daily
  • Diclofenac Gel - 2-4 g applied 3-4 times daily for external use only

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product
  • Peptic ulcer
  • Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or other non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents
  • Contra-indicated in asthmatic patients triggered by acetylsalicylic acid or other prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors
  • Not to be used under occlusive airtight dressings

  • Close observation for advanced age patients
  • Avoiding contact with eyes or mucus membranes
  • Not to be taken by mouth
