- Symptomatic relief of Osteoarthritis (OA)

- Treatment of moderate pain associated with dental surgery
- Oral anticoagulants interaction leading to increase in prothrombin time
- Potential reduction of the effect of diuretics and other antihypertensive drugs by NSAIDs
- Safety of concomitant use with low-dose acetylsalicylic acid for cardiovascular prophylaxis
- Possible increase in nephrotoxic effect of ciclosporin or tacrolimus by coadministration with any NSAID
- Effect of NSAIDs on lithium renal excretion leading to increased lithium plasma levels
