Description
Ribox 120 mg Tablet is indicated for the symptomatic relief of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, and short-term treatment of moderate pain associated with dental surgery. It is a potent, orally active cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) specific inhibitor. It belongs to the therapeutic class of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). The chemical structure of Etoricoxib, the active substance, has a molecular formula of C18H15ClN2O2S.
