  • Caution in patients with a history of hypertension and/or congestive heart failure
  • Increased risk of atrial fibrillation
  • Possible occurrence of hyperkalemia
  • Masking of usual signs of infection progression
  • Periodic evaluation of transaminase levels
  • Discontinuation on visual disturbances
  • Impairment of female fertility
