Interaction

Diminishes the antihypertensive effect of ACE inhibitors
Delays absorption of the medicine by Antacids & Sucralfate
Increases adverse effects when taken with Aspirin
Reduces the natriuretic effect of Diuretics
Enhances the toxicity of Methotrexate
Increases the risk of GI bleeding when taken with Warfarin or Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI)

Contraindications

Not to be taken by patients with known hypersensitivity to Naproxen or those who have experienced adverse reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs. Also contraindicated for perioperative pain in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery

Pregnancy & Lactation
