Indications

Pharmacology

  • Immediate release Esomeprazole Magnesium layer
  • Enteric-coated Naproxen core
  • Inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis

Dosage

  • Use of lowest effective dose
  • Specific dosage for adults
  • Specific dosage for adolescent patients

Administration

  • Not to be split, chewed, crushed or dissolved
  • To be taken at least 30 minutes before meals

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity

  • Use during peri-operative period in coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery
