Description
Migratol 200 mg Tablet is a potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzyme, used for relieving the pain of migraine headache, mild to moderate pain, and as an analgesic in post-operative pain and fever.

Dosage instructions
Adult: Acute migraine attacks: 200 mg when symptoms appear may be repeated once after 1-2 hour. Mild to moderate pain: 100-200 mg tid. Children: Pediatric dosage regimen not yet established. Tolfenamic acid should be taken with food and water during or immediately after meals.
Interaction
Migratol interacts with Metoclopramide, Magnesium hydroxide, Aluminium hydroxide, anticoagulants, other NSAIDs, loop diuretics, B-blockers, ACE Inhibitors, Lithium, Methotrexate, cardiac glycosides, ACE inhibitors, Ciclosporin, Tacrolimus, and diuretics.

Pregnancy lactation info
Not recommended during pregnancy unless considered essential by a doctor. Should be avoided during the third trimester of pregnancy. NSAIDs can appear in breast milk in very low concentrations and should be avoided if possible when breastfeeding.
