Indications
- Improvement of muscular hypertonic symptoms in cervical syndrome
- Improvement of muscular hypertonic symptoms in periarthritis of the shoulder
- Improvement of muscular hypertonic symptoms in lumbago
- Spastic paralysis in cerebrovascular disease
- Spastic paralysis in spastic spinal paralysis
- Spastic paralysis in cervical spondylosis
- Spastic paralysis in postoperative sequelae (including cerebrospinal tumor)
- Spastic paralysis in sequelae to trauma (spinal trauma, head injury)
- Spastic paralysis in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Spastic paralysis in cerebral palsy
- Spastic paralysis in spinocerebellar degeneration
- Spastic paralysis in spinal vascular diseases and other encephalomyelopathies
Pharmacology
- Centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant
Dosage & Administration
- For adults: Usually 3 tablets per day in three divided doses after each meal
- The dosage should be adjusted depending on the patient age and severity of symptoms
Interaction
- Avoid concomitant use with tolperisone HCl and methocarbamol
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Eperisone Hydrochloride
