- Alfex 30 mg/5 ml Suspension is an antihistamine indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and children 12 years of age and over. It helps relieve symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, lacrimation, itchy, red eyes, itchy nose/palate/throat, and hives.
