Indications

Pharmacology
Fexofenadine binds to and stabilizes the inactive form of the H1 receptor, preventing its activation and subsequent downstream effects
Interaction
- Erythromycin or ketoconazole can increase the level of fexofenadine in plasma
- No interaction between fexofenadine and omeprazole
- Administering an antacid prior to Xofast causes a reduction in bioavailability
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to Fexofenadine Hydrochloride or any of its ingredients
