Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: One tablet once daily
- Children over 12 years dosage: One tablet once daily
- Children 2-12 years dosage: Half to one tablet once daily based on weight
- Not recommended for children below 2 years

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Loratadine or its components

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Not advisable during pregnancy
- Excreted in breast milk in small amount
Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
- Caution in patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR <30 ml/min)
Overdose Effects
- Reported overdose effects in adults: somnolence, tachycardia, headache
- Reported overdose effects in children: extrapyramidal signs, palpitations
- Symptomatic and supportive measures should be instituted promptly in case of overdosage
