Indications
- Relief from seasonal allergic rhinitis

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years
- Recommended dosage for children 2-12 years based on body weight
- Administration in the morning
- Not recommended for use in children below 2 years
Interaction
- No reports of potentially hazardous interactions with other drugs
- No potentiating effects when administered concurrently with alcohol
- Possible elevation of plasma concentrations with certain concomitant therapy
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or idiosyncrasy to components
Side Effects
- Comparable incidence of adverse events to placebo
- No sedation or anticholinergic effects observed in clinical studies
- Comparable effect on driving performance and cognitive functioning to placebo
Pregnancy & Lactation
- No experience of use in human pregnancy
- Not advisable during pregnancy
- Excretion in breast milk in very small amount
- Nursing mothers advised not to take the drug
Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
- Caution in patients with renal insufficiency
Overdose Effects
- Reported effects in adults: somnolence, tachycardia, headache
- Reported effects in children: extrapyramidal signs, palpitations
- General symptomatic and supportive measures recommended for overdosage
