Indications
- Relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis
- Relief of symptoms associated with perennial allergic rhinitis
- Relief of nasal discharge and itching
- Relief of congestion or stuffiness
- Relief of ocular itching, tearing, and redness

- Relief of coughing

Pharmacology
- Desloratadine as the major active metabolite of Loratadine
- Non-sedating
- Long-acting tricyclic histamine antagonist
- Selective H1-receptor histamine antagonist activity
- Inhibition of histamine release from human mast cells
Dosage & Administration
- 2 ml drops for children 6-11 months of age
- 2.5 ml drops for children 1-2 years of age
- Syrup for children 6-11 months of age: 2 ml once daily
- Syrup for children 1-5 years of age: 2.5 ml once daily
- Syrup for children 6-11 years of age: 5 ml once daily
- Syrup for adults & >12 years of age: 10 ml once daily
- Tablet for adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 tablet daily

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Desloratadine or its ingredients
- Hypersensitivity to Loratadine
