Indications

Pharmacology
- Desloratadine as the major active metabolite
- Non-sedating; long acting tricyclic histamine antagonist
- Selective H1-receptor histamine antagonist activity
- Inhibition of histamine release from human mast cell
Dosage & Administration
- Pediatric drops for children 6-11 months of age
- Pediatric drops for children 1-2 years of age
- Syrup for children 6-11 months of age
- Syrup for children 1-5 years of age
- Syrup for children 6-11 years of age
- Syrup for adults & >12 years of age
- Tablet for adults and children 12 years of age and over

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Desloratadine or any of its ingredients
- Hypersensitivity to Loratadine

- Consideration for patients with medical or familial history of seizures
