Dosage
- 5/120 tablet: One tablet twice daily (every 12 hours)

Administration
- Administered to patients 12 years of age and older
Interactions
- Contraindicated with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors
- May reduce the antihypertensive effects of certain medications
- May increase plasma concentration when taken with Erythromycin, Ketoconazole, or Cimetidine

Precautions and warnings
- Avoid in patients with hepatic insufficiency
- Use caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, renal impairment, or accompanying hypotension
- Lower initial dose for patients with renal insufficiency
Overdose effects
- Institute general symptomatic and supportive measures in case of overdosage
- Consider emesis or activated charcoal treatment
