Indications
- Treatment of tinea pedis
- Treatment of tinea cruris
- Treatment of tinea corporis
- Treatment of cutaneous candidiasis
- Treatment of tinea versicolor
Pharmacology
- Interferes with fungal oxidative enzymes
- Causes lethal accumulation of H₂O₂
- Reduces the formation of ergosterol
Dosage & Administration
- Vaginal tablet administration
- Cream application for tinea pedis, cruris, corporis, and versicolor
- Longer courses for recurrent vaginal infections
- Early relief of symptoms
- Clinical improvement may be seen fairly soon after treatment is begun
Interaction
- Enhancement of anticoagulation effect with warfarin
- Possible increase in systemic absorption under occlusion
- Monitoring of International Normalized Ratio (INR) and/or prothrombin time

- Hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients
