Indications
- Fungal infections of skin: Dermatophyte infections including tinea corporis
- tinea cruris
- tinea manuum
- tinea pedis
- pityriasis Versicolor (tinea versicolor)
- dermal candidiasis
- Erythrasma
- Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC)
Pharmacology
Tioconazole is a topical antifungal agent with broad-spectrum activity
Dosage & Administration
- Single-dose treatment for vulvovaginal candidiasis
- Twice daily application for certain conditions
- 300 mg suppository intravaginally as a single dose
Interaction
Hypersensitivity to Cyclosporine or to any of the excipients
Contraindications
Sensitive to imidazole antifungal agents or other components of the ointment
