Indications
- Relief of inflammatory manifestations
- Relief of pruritic manifestations
- Treatment of psoriasis

Pharmacology
- Corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties
- Mechanism of action on allergic rhinitis not fully known
- Effects on mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes
Dosage & Administration
- Application of thin film once daily
- Not established for pediatric patients below 2 years of age
Contraindications
- History of sensitivity reactions to Mometasone
- History of sensitivity reactions to any components of the preparation
Side Effects
- Well tolerated in general
- Possible occurrence of burning
- Possible occurrence of pruritus
- Possible occurrence of skin atrophy
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Inadequate studies in pregnant women
- Unknown passage into breast milk
Precautions & Warnings
- Discontinue treatment if irritation develops
