Description
- Broad spectrum antimycotic
- Anti-inflammatory
- Anti-pruritic
- Anti-allergic effects
- Composed of Econazole Nitrate
- Composed of Triamcinolone Acetonide
- Range of action against various pathogens
Dosage & Administration
- Applied sparingly to the skin
- No more than 2 times daily
- Preferably once in the morning and once in the evening
- Should not be applied with occlusive dressing
- Duration of treatment until inflammatory symptoms subside
- Not longer than 2 weeks
Interaction
- Econazole metabolized by CYP3A4/2C9
- Interaction with oral anticoagulants
- Triamcinolone interaction with various medications
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients
- Contraindicated in specific skin conditions
- Contraindicated in viral, bacterial or fungal skin infections
- Contraindicated in rosacea and rosacea-like dermatitis
