Indications
- Combination antibiotic and steroid for skin infection
- Relieves itching and swelling
Composition
- Triamcinolone 1 mg
- Neomycin 2.5 mg
- Nystatin 10000 unit
- Gramicidin 0.25 mg
Pharmacology
- Triamcinolone - fluorinated corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory action
- Nystatin - antifungal antibiotic binds to ergosterol
- Neomycin - aminoglycoside for topical infections
- Gramicidin - antibacterial substance against gram-positive bacteria
Dosage & Administration
- For skin use only
- Clean and dry affected area before application
- Apply thin layer 2-3 times daily
- Do not bandage or cover excessively
- Use regularly at the same times each day
- Wash hands after use
Interaction
- Check with doctor/pharmacist for possible drug interactions
- Disclose all prescription and nonprescription products used
- Be cautious with other skin products, aminoglycoside antibiotics, and corticosteroids
Contraindications
- Avoid use on tuberculous, viral, or fungal lesions
- Not for facial rosacea, acne, or perforated tympanic membranes
- Avoid use on extensive areas and in children under 1 year

Precautions & Warnings
