Indications

  • Cytokine release inhibitor

Dosage & Administration

  • Recommended dosage for adults and adolescents
  • Recommended dosage for children aged 2 to 11 years

Interaction

  • Interaction with ketoconazole and erythromycin
  • Cautions with co-administration with statins, CNS depressants, or alcohol
