Interaction
- Additive anticholinergic action with other drugs

- Caution in children and geriatric patients
- Caution in patients with diarrhoea
- Risk of provoking hyperpyrexia
- Increased susceptibility in persons with Down's syndrome
- Tachycardia caution
- Risk of exacerbating ischaemia and infarction in acute myocardial infarction
- Caution in patients with hypertension
- Potential mental confusion, especially in the elderly
- Formation of mucous plugs
