Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Oral dosage for adults: 10-20 mg three times a day
- Oral dosage for children over 6 months: 5-10 mg three times a day
- Injectable dosage for adults: 80 mg daily in 4 equally divided doses

- Use with caution in patients with autonomic neuropathy
- Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal disease
- Use with caution in patients with ulcerative colitis

Overdose Effects
- Toxic reaction seldom occurs
- Signs and symptoms of overdose: headache, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, dilated pupils, hot dry skin, dizziness, dry mouth, difficulty in swallowing, CNS stimulation
