Indications
- Treats and prevents Zinc, Iron, Folic Acid, B-vitamins, and Vitamin-C deficiency, especially during pregnancy and lactation
Composition
- Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate 61.8 mg
- Dried Ferrous Sulphate 150 mg
- Folic Acid (Vitamin-B9) 0.50 mg
- Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin-B1) 2 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin-B2) 2 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin-B3) 10 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin-B6) 1 mg
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin-C) 50 mg
Pharmacology
- Zinc sulfate precipitates protein and has astringent and weak antiseptic activity
- Iron helps in making red blood cells and prevents iron deficiency anaemia
- Folic acid is essential for certain metabolic systems and erythropoiesis
- Nicotinamide is involved in cellular metabolic pathways
- Vitamin C is necessary for collagen formation and tissue repair
- Vitamin B complex is important for cell health and energy
Dosage & Administration
- One capsule daily, 2 capsules in more severe cases or as directed by physician
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Precautions & Warnings
- Care for patients who may develop iron overload, iron chelates with tetracycline and absorption may be impaired
Overdose Effects
- Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children below 6 years
- Riboflavin is reported to be completely safe, higher doses of Nicotinamide may cause vomiting, diarrhea
- Sensory neuropathy observed in individuals consuming more than 200 mg Pyridoxine for long periods
- Zinc toxicity seen in acute and chronic forms, ingestion of 150 to 450 mg associated with low copper status and reduced immune function
