Indications
- Treatment and prophylaxis of Zinc, Iron, Folic Acid, B-vitamins, and Vitamin-C deficiency especially during pregnancy and lactation
Composition
- Each capsule contains Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate 61.8 mg
- Dried Ferrous Sulphate 150 mg
- Folic Acid (Vitamin-B9) 0.50 mg
- Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin-B1) 2 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin-B2) 2 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin-B3) 10 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin-B6) 1 mg
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin-C) 50 mg
Pharmacology
- Zinc sulfate precipitates protein and has astringent and weak antiseptic activity
- Iron is essential for making red blood cells and preventing iron deficiency anaemia
- Folic acid is essential for coenzymes in metabolic systems
- Nicotinamide is a vitamin B3 derivative involved in cellular metabolic pathways
- Vitamin C is necessary for collagen formation and tissue repair
- Vitamin B complex is essential for maintaining cell health and energy levels
Dosage & Administration
- One capsule daily, increase to 2 capsules in severe cases as directed by physician
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Precautions & Warnings
- Care should be taken in patients prone to iron overload
- Iron chelates with tetracycline affecting absorption
Overdose Effects
- Accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal in children under 6
- Riboflavin reported as safe, Nicotinamide overdose may cause vomiting and diarrhea
- Sensory neuropathy observed with high Pyridoxine intake
- Zinc toxicity possible in acute and chronic forms
