Indications

  • Treatment of Iron deficiency
  • Prophylaxis for Iron, Folic Acid, and Zinc deficiency
  • Suitable for pregnancy and lactation

Composition

  • Each capsule contains 150mg of Ferrous Sulphate (equivalent to 47mg Iron)
  • 500mcg of Folic Acid
  • 61.80mg of Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate (equivalent to 22.50mg Zinc)

Dosage & Administration

  • Adults: 1 capsule daily; 2 capsules in severe cases
  • Children over 1 year: 1 capsule daily
  • Capsules can be opened and mixed with food for children

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to product components
  • Iron overload

Overdose Effects

  • Iron overdosage is dangerous and requires immediate attention
  • Gastric lavage or induced vomiting in early stages
  • Oral desferrioxamine for Iron overdose
  • Corrosive effects of zinc in overdose
