Indications
- Treatment and prevention of Iron, Vitamin B complex and Zinc deficiencies
- Specially during pregnancy and lactation
Composition
- Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex equivalent to elemental Iron 50 mg
- Thiamine Hydrochloride 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 2 mg
- Nicotinamide 20 mg
- Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg
Pharmacology
- Preparation of Iron, Vitamin B complex and Zinc
- Controlled absorption of Iron
- Non-ionic nature of Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex
Dosage & Administration
- Adults: 5 ml-10 ml (1-2 teaspoonful) 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician
- Children: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 3 times daily or as recommended by the physician
- Infants: 0.33 ml/kg body weight daily or as recommended by the physician
Interaction
- Unlikely interaction with foodstuff components and concomitant administrations of medicaments
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in conditions with risk of Iron overload such as hemochromatosis, thalassemia, hemosiderosis or hemolytic anemia
