Composition
- Iron BP 47 mg (as Iron Polymaltose Complex 188 mg)
- Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate USP 61.8 mg (eq. to 22.5 mg of elemental zinc)
- Folic Acid BP 0.50 mg
- Thiamine Hydrochloride USP 5 mg
- Riboflavin BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide USP 20 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg

Precautions & Warnings
- Care in patients who may develop iron overloads
- Avoid in patients with haemochromatosis
- Avoid in patients with haemolytic anaemia
- Avoid in patients with red cell aplasia
- Iron chelates with tetracycline and absorption may be impaired
Overdose Effects
- Accidental overdose leading cause of fatal poisoning in children below 6 years
- Avoid higher doses if liver disease or hemochromatosis
- Excess can cause bloody diarrhea
- Excess can cause vomiting
- Excess can cause acidosis
- Excess can cause darkened stools
- Excess can cause abdominal pain
- Higher doses of Nicotinamide may cause vomiting
- Higher doses of Nicotinamide may cause diarrhea
- Sensory neuropathy observed with high Pyridoxine intake
- No reported case of Folic acid overdose
- Zinc toxicity seen in acute and chronic forms
- Ingestion of 150 to 450 mg of zinc per day associated with low copper status
- Ingestion of 150 to 450 mg of zinc per day associated with altered iron function
- Ingestion of 150 to 450 mg of zinc per day associated with reduced immune function
