Composition
- Elemental Iron: 50 mg as Carbonyl iron
- Zinc Sulphate: Monohydrate BP 61.80 mg equivalent to Zinc 22.50 mg
- Folic Acid: 0.5 mg
- Nicotinamide: 10 mg
- Riboflavin: 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 1 mg
- Ascorbic Acid: 50 mg
- Thiamine Mononitrate: 2 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: One capsule daily before food or as directed by the physician

Interaction
- Carbonyl Iron decreases absorption of certain antibiotics and levodopa
- Folic Acid interacts with antiepileptics
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
- Presence of haemolytic anemia
Side Effects
- Allergic sensitization with Folic acid
- Constipation with oral iron preparation
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Avoidance of drug use in first trimester of pregnancy if possible
- Justified use of Iron, Zinc, and Folic acid during remainder of pregnancy
Precautions & Warnings
- Care in patients who may develop iron overload
- Chelation with tetracycline leading to impaired absorption

- Tarry stool
- Weak, rapid pulse

- Coma
- Seizures
