Indications
- Antispasmodic action in smooth muscles of abdominal and genitourinary tracts
- Treatment of gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract visceral spasms
- Management of spastic dysmenorrhea
- Relief from intense abdominal or biliary pain
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 20mg four times daily
- Pediatric dosage: 10mg three times daily or as prescribed
Contraindications
- Prostatic hypertrophy
- Paralytic ileus or pyloric stenosis
- Glaucoma

Pregnancy & Lactation

Precautions & Warnings
- May cause drowsiness and blurred vision

- Caution in thyrotoxicosis, cardiac insufficiency, or tachyarrhythmias
- Potential interaction with other anticholinergics, antihistamines, beta-blockers, and tricyclic antidepressants
