  • Wernick's encephalopathy
  • Neuritis associated with pregnancy

Dosage & Administration

Contraindications

  • Risk of anaphylaxis with repeated parenteral administration
  • Mild allergic phenomena as warning signs
  • Avoid intravenous administration except in comatose patients
  • No need for parenteral administration once deficiency is corrected
