Indications
- Antispasmodic medication
- Relief from gastrointestinal tract symptoms
- Recommended for dysmenorrhea
- Indicated for intense gastric, renal, or biliary pain
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 20mg four times a day
- Pediatric dosage (6-12 years): 10 mg three times a day or as directed by a physician
- Injection dosage: 20mg for muscular or vascular application
- Special dosage for endoscopy
Contraindications
- Prostatic hypertrophy patients should avoid use
- Use with caution in elderly
- Not recommended for parasitic ileus or pyloric stenosis patients
- Avoid in patients with glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, or cardiac insufficiency
